Our check in time is 4pm or later, and check out is by 12pm.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made more than four days before the start of the reservation day, we will be glad to cancel for no charge. We regret that a cancellation made after the four days must pay for the cost of the room. If we are able to rebook your room, there will only be a $25 service charge. This will apply to each night originally booked.
The Grandison is a non-smoking facility. Outdoor smoking areas are provided on the back landing, front porch, and in the side yard. Guests smoking in the rooms will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning charge.
Dogs are welcome but must be crated if left in the room unattended. Barking dogs make it difficult for other guests to enjoy their stay, so please consider leaving a noisier dog at home. Due to allergies of the Innkeepers and other guests, we ask that cats not be brought to the rooms.
We welcome children of all ages. Please allow us to help you select a room that will be best for you, your children, and other guests. We do ask that they not play on the stairs or in the halls at any time. We have a lovely, kid friendly side yard for them to enjoy. Rollaways and porta-cribs are available for an additional charge.
Please inform the Innkeepers if you plan any special decorating of your room. Confetti and tapered candles are not permitted for cleaning and safety reasons. Please clear all other special needs with the Innkeeper.
