Property Accessibility Statement
Our 1904 home is located in the Oklahoma City’s Maney Park District – one of the cities oldest historic neighborhoods. Given that it is an owner-occupied, private residence, we do not offer any handicap accessible accommodations. (5 U.S.C. 301; 28 U.S.C. 509, 510; 42 U.S.C. 12186(b). § 36.104 Definitions), § 36.405 Alterations: Historic preservation, § 36.402 or the alterations requirements in section 224.1.1 of the 2010 Standards).
We do have wheelchair access to the first floor/dining area.
All of our guest rooms are on the second floor, and accessible by stairs only.
Service dogs are welcome, please let us know in advance so we may sequester our feline-innkeepers.
If you are allergic to cats, we make every reasonable effort to ensure their footprint is minimal and their fur and dander are kept at a minimum in our public areas, and never in our guestrooms.
